Speech Pathologist Positions

Hanrahan Health provides multidisciplinary therapy for people at every stage of life, from toddlers through to older adults in aged care. Our clinicians work across a variety of settings, including our welcoming clinic spaces, a private hospital, residential aged care facilities, schools, clients' homes and telehealth. We value the variety of our client base and the mixed caseloads that come with it.

We're looking for early career and senior speech pathologists to join our Campbelltown, Bowral and Goulburn teams, or our telehealth team. Professional Development Opportunities

1. We offer a comprehensive training program as part of your first 3 months of induction.
2. We provide 5 days per year of paid PD Leave to all team members.  All of our employees have an individual professional development plan which is reviewed every 6 months.
3. We run an in-house PD program in which all employees participate.  This includes monthly education sessions and access to our on-line learning HUB (a bank of the last few years of in-house PD sessions and more!)
4. We have guest speakers who conduct workshops with our team at least every 6 months.
5. We have an in-house leadership development program to assist our team members to grow as they progress in our team.

Salary and Wages

For us, recognising our people goes well beyond what's in their pay packet. That said, we pay all employees well above award rates, with salaries for new graduates starting at $77,000 and increasing from there.

Our employment options are flexible, with full-time or part-time salaried positions and a range of working hours to fit your lifestyle. Where the situation allows, we also aim to offer flexibility in how you split your time between our clinic spaces and working from home.

Each of our locations is within easy reach of a city centre (Sydney, Wollongong or Canberra) and 1-2 hours from the beach, with wineries, galleries, waterfalls, museums, restaurants, bushwalks and beautiful countryside close by. Volunteering Opportunities

Giving back to our local communities and making our services accessible to everyone in the area matters deeply to us.

We run our “Clinic for Good” on a Saturday morning once a quarter where children and adults are able to have a therapy session at no cost to them.  Our team members volunteer their time for this clinic, and it is a truly rewarding experience.
